Regular Hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am – 8pm. Closed Sundays.

Customers with vouchers, please select the treatment you purchased under “Special Vouchers” at the bottom of the following list and input the code number when making an appointment. 24-hour Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. Your card will be charged if your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice. All appointments will receive confirmation by phone or e-mail (see below). Please speak to LekSpa staff for more information or refer to our site policies, terms and conditions.
Once you make your reservation, you will get TWO e-mails. The first is confirmation that you booked with us but THIS IS NOT YOUR CONFIRMATION. Once the LekSpa staff has APPROVED your reservation, you will receive a confirmation of your appointment.
Please follow these steps when booking with a special voucher.
WHEN MAKING A RESERVATION, PLEASE INPUT YOUR VOUCHER NUMBER (or Gift Certificate, or Coupon Code) IN THE SPACE PROVIDED. If you do not input a code, your appointment is NOT confirmed.
PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATE OF YOUR VOUCHER! Customers with expired vouchers, you may use your credit towards any normally priced services equal in treatment or time. You will be charged the difference at the time of your confirmed booking.
Please also check the TERMS of your voucher and the details of your appointment to confirm it is correct, INCLUDING the time zone being set to EST (Eastern Standard Time) for customers booking from other time zones! We can only honor ONE voucher per visit per person / day.
Please also remember to bring your deal coupon with you to your appointment, thank you.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you forfeit the value of your voucher and we will NOT re-book your appointment. Please consult our Cancellation Policy for more.
